First off, I just moved to the area & needed to find a new dentist. Unfortunately, I am absolutely TERRIFIED of going!!!The ladies at the front & back desk were extremely nice & knowledgeable!When the dentist walked in the exam room, she spent a few minutes just talking & getting to know me.But, as soon as she put the chair back, I started shaking!! She immediately noticed & did everything possible to put me at ease!!I of course can't say that I'll ever enjoy going to the dentist but what I can say is that I'll no longer avoid it like the plaque! LOLNeedless to say, I have found my new dentist & won't go anywhere else!!! I HIGHLY recommend!!!!
Our family comes to this practice. Dr.K and Rose have been great at easing anxiety we had related to dental work. Through compassionate, consistent and competent care, we have maintained better dental health.
We just changed dentist and we were very nervous about the switch…however everyone was great!!! Dr. k listened to my concerns and spent time reviewing everything with me! The dental assistant and hygienist were also very pleasant as was the front desk staff! So happy we changed over.
I was treated very well by the staff from start to finish. Dr. Redden was very attentive to my desires and very professional. The staff also made the service affordable for me, but explaining the Smile Dover program, since I’m a senior on a fixed income.
❤️Today was the best medical professional visit, I’ve ever experienced since moving to Delaware five years ago! Every last single staff was extremely polite, incredibly helpful & knowledgeable yet sympathetic to our unique needs from the receptionist to every dental assistant, dentist & specialist down the very last check out receptor the end of the day inspite of the fact that we left after the office closed! This is my first experience with West Dover dental. My 7-year-old son is on the spectrum and suffers from severe anxiety. Normally they do not allow parents to go in the room with the children because the privacy concerns and also spacing issues. However because of my son being so afraid they let me stay with him and I'd like to say that Miss Rose one of the dental hygienists was amazing dealing with my son.
Nice office, well staffed with smiling helpful folks and I have not had that in depth a conversation with a dentist in many years. Very helpful and answered every question.
Ever time I come to West Dover Dental I literally am so happy with the results. My kids get excited coming to their Dentist appointments. They love getting their check ups and new toothbrushes. The entire staff is friendly and helpful with any concerns or questions you have which is nice because they keep an open communication with what’s going on with you or child. I have 3 children I love they can all get scheduled and seen on the same days around the same times! Also the techs are so good with our children they always feel safe amd comfortable going into the dentist office! Environment is always clean and kid friendly even thou they see adults as well.
I've only had one visit at this office so far, but I can say that it went very well. The staff I met was SO MUCH more pleasant than where I went previously. I'm much more comfortable with the thought of them taking care of my dental needs which I have delayed as the result of how the staff at my previous dentist had treated me. I would definitely recommend them!

I needed to find a new dentist due to new insurance plan. What a great choice West Dover Dental proved to be. I was a little deterred by the online health questionnaire, but I was amazed and pleasantly surprised to find that everyone, from the X-ray technician, hygienist, and Doctor Fletcher was thoroughly familiar with everything I had detailed in the questionnaire. So many times I have filled out this information, only to go to the office and be asked all the same questions again. Not so here, it was evident everyone involved with my care had read my file, so questions were focused on additional detail to points of concern. How efficient that process was. The visit was equally as efficient. The x-ray technician did her job quickly and with precision. When the hygienist and the doctor visited me, which was in quick order, both had already reviewed my x-rays, and after a quick exam were ready to talk treatment plan. They all presented as a professional and courteous team working flawlessly together. I highly recommend West Dover Dental.
The dental hygienist made me feel very comfortable. Definitely understanding my immense fear for of going to the doctors, even more so the dentist, she took the time to explain everything she was doing, checked on how I was doing multiple times during my procedure, and made my overall experience great. Great dental office thus far.
Great work I must say, beside the side conversation. Very quick and clean with it. I would like explanation of what is going on or next step so I know what to expects as the drilling really made me anxious. Super nice ladies for sure!
As a new patient I must say I’ll give this office a A+ .staff was ver nice and detailed organized and explained to me everything that will take place before perform and steps in my care on my first day. The staff were all very kind and patient, as I had two girls with appointments today and needed to bring my 3 year old with us as well they were all very patient with us! I know we probably were very loud and disruptive but no one treated us differently as a lot of place do! Highly recommend them!

I had a problem with my left bottom molar. My tooth was hurting and they got me in to get it fixed within two days. I got there and they took me to a room and wasted no time getting an X-ray of my tooth and the doctor came in to check it and told me how she can fix my tooth and then told me what she would do and I agreed with her. I needed to have it pulled. She asked if I wanted it done now or in another appointment. I said now and they prepped me and got my tooth out. She put about 4 needles in it so I wouldn’t feel it. I barely felt the needles and she had my tooth out and I didn’t know it was out. She was great! Doctor’s aid and everyone else was tremendous! I recommend them to everyone. I even told my daughter to call.
Kathy Redden is the best dentist I've had!! She is very professional and precise. Along with that, she makes your visit fun and relaxing with her great personality. It's always a pleasure to come to my dental visits because of her and the friendly, helpful and caring staff at West Dover Dental!!!

Staff was great! I have a wild 3 year old that went for his very first dental visit , he started off very uneasy but by the end of the visit he said “THE DENTIST IS FUN!” Dr. Morgan made sure to go at his pace & that my wild child had a great 1st experience at the dentist!! 10/10 highly recommend for the kiddos!!

Relocated to Dover a few years ago but had kept my dentists up north. But just tired of the drive and so went in search of....and found a great practice! Friendly, courteous, very clear on plans and next steps! Made transitioning go great! I would have preferred to have my cleaning at the same time of my intake visit, but as through as they were for this visit, I can understand why!
Dr.Redden and her team were Absolutely amazing. I woke up at 1 am with horrible tooth pain and called at 7:30am when they opened, to my surprise they were able to get me in at 8:30! I was shocked! I even arrived early and they took me right in. Everyone was very kind and professional, they were able to take my tooth out with minimal pain! I was very pleased and will continue to only see Dr.Redden for all my dental care. I highly recommend everyone to see this practice for their kindness and professionalism!
Another fantastic visit with my friends at West Dover Dental. My first visit after the COVID pandemic and they had all of the protective measures in place and took mine and their safety seriously. All the employees at West Dover Dental are top notch. They always greet you with a smile:) and go the extra mile. They open doors for the elderly, accommodate you when you're in need of extra care. Forgive you when you're late. Give thorough exams & cleanings...give plenty of reminders for upcoming appointments. They're the absolute best in my opinion! Wouldn't go anywhere else....
